We can use DME and HASCO standards to make injection moulds according to customer requirements. Our moulds are mainly exported to America (50%), Europe (50%), East Asia (10%), Southeast Asia (18%), others (7%). Our in-house computer aided design department can offer help and advice on mould design, thus enabling the manufacture of moulds in a cost effective way. Our toolroom is full equipped with 13 milling machines, 5 CNC machines, 13 EDM machines and 6 moulding presses ranging from 85T to 280T lock. Together with our skilled operators, Leadmould can offer you perfect solutions from mould design, built, assembly and moulding. We have professional quality inspectors and advanced inspection fixtures to control each machining station from materials purchasing to goods delivery.
